Thank You V. but it was just a sort of joke, do you remember the song “Who’s That Girl”? I know english enough to know that it’s not grammatically correct
I am sorry, I am afraid “who’s that bag” is not correct in english: you should say “whose bag is that?” if you want to ask who owns it or who designed it, otherwise “what’s that bag?” which means what kind of and what brand (it’s more general).
